This was my first time buying a house and my experience with Ken was unlike any other experience. Let me start by saying that even though this was my first time buying a house I have had previous experiences with other realtors whether it was my parents buying houses or my sister and they all had problems with their agents. I was even working with another realtor before Ken was referred to me. Before helping me find the house that we got Ken and I must have seen about 100 different houses in about a 6months period. And for each of the houses that we have seen together multiply that by about 5 and you will get an estimated number of listings we went through together. For each and every of those listings Ken went through did all the normal and expected things and then even went above by checking out the neighborhood schools flood zone taxes and making appointments even when the listing agents were being a pain refusing to make appointments. Now when we would go to see the houses Ken would always get there about 10 to 15min prior to the scheduled time and he would drive around the neighborhood and before we go in he would tell me his honest opinion of the house and the neighborhood not only based on what I was looking at but what I can afford as well. We had placed a few offers on houses over the time we worked together and Ken was always on top trying to feel and figure out what the seller wanted and what would make our offer more attractive. And when it came to negotiations and walking me through the process of finalizing the deal or paperwork he was there helping me and walking me through it. Unlike the first agent I had Ken made this experience worth while. I did not feel like it was just me. Ken was always a phone call or text away and he had my interest in heart. And Ken if you are reading this I just want to say thank you and I look forward to working with you again. It was a pleasure

I was a first time buyer and Ken was vital to my purchase of the home. Ken was very knowledgeable about the home, the neighborhood, and the community. His knowledge of the home’s history made me feel confident in the property. Ken’s knowledge of the neighborhood, the schools, and the community helped me realize this home was perfect for me; for me right now, and for me in the future. And when Ken did not have a definitive answer, he was quick to do his due diligence and find it. Ken’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication gave me confidence. Ken made sure I understood every step of the process, explained everything that was going on, what to expect going forward, and gave me a solid foundational knowledge of the home buying process. He was available and answered any question I had in a timely manner. He made sure to follow up on calls to check up, inform me of updates, and remind me of upcoming dates. Ken’s dedication to his job is really exemplified in his process. Ken was very straightforward and honest about everything. He kept me involved and informed throughout the entire home buying process. Even when there were setbacks, Ken made sure to let me know what was happening and all the possible outcomes, even the unfavorable ones. This honesty and openness is the reason why I trust Ken. I believe Ken has the best interest of the buyer and seller at heart. It is his highest priority that both parties are happy.

This is a short review of the excellent service we received from Ken Geraci & Era Caputo Realty. Ken started off by listing the house at the right price which generated several views and offers from interested people. Through Ken’s excellent knowledge & experience of the business and his people’s skills to work and negotiate with customers, we were able to sell the house in a very short time. Ken looked out for our best interest and made sure we had the right buyer. He was thorough and professional and did all the work with attention to detail. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Every phase of the house sale went on without any problems. I highly recommend Ken Geraci for all your realty needs.

Ken is a professional, experienced agent that anyone would be lucky to work with in the buying and/or selling process. From start to finish, he was transparent, reliable, and always willing to go above and beyond for anything needed.
